# Inverse Paradox’s Neil Harner Announced as Philly’s 2018 Best Tech Manager at Timmy Awards

_The Best in Philadelphia Tech Management Revealed and Recognized at Timmys Celebration_

Philadelphia (October 9, 2018) – The Philadelphia Third Annual [Timmy Awards](https://hubs.ly/H0d-00_0),
brought to you by Tech in Motion, has officially crowned Neil Harner of Inverse 
Paradox as 2018’s Best Tech Manager winner. The Timmy Awards, which recognizes the
top leaders for tech professionals to work with, saw Harner beat out 4 other finalists
to take home the title after deliberation by a panel of expert judges and community
voting. Harner was awarded the trophy live in front of 300 tech enthusiasts, executives
and entrepreneurs.

he is seen by his team and peers as a leader who goes beyond the necessary duties

and graduate programs at Thomas Jefferson University. In these roles, Neil consistently
goes above and beyond to make sure that his employees and students have the optimal
equipment for working and learning, and that they have safe and comfortable environments
in which to do so. Neil is constantly researching and staying updated on industry
trends and shifts in order to best serve those that he manages and his recognition
as Philadelphia’s Best Tech Manager shows it.
